Yesterday the Detroit Tigers finalized a two year, 12 million dollar deal with relief pitcher Troy Percival. I thought it was still kind of early for a big signing like this, but I guess Troy saw something he really liked in Detroit.
Troy Percival is good friends with Troy Glaus, they played together on the Angels for some years. This means more then just getting Percival, it hopefully means more signings to come.
